What is Personal Training?

Personal Training offers one-on-one workout sessions with a qualified trainer. Your trainer will assist you in developing a comprehensive personal fitness programme.

Whether you are just starting an exercise programme, looking for some variety in your existing programme, training for an upcoming event or occasion your Personal Trainer offers in-depth education and motivation to guide you towards your goals.

Personal training can either take place in the gym or in one of our dance studios.

What do I need to bring?

Wear suitable clothing – Supportive trainers and comfy, lightweight clothing that is easy to move around in
Water bottle
Small towel
It is useful to bring a warmer top to put on for the cool down part of the session.
