Fitness Orientation

We want you to get off to the right start and we know the right start can vary for everyone.  This is why we offer a FITNESS ORIENTATION.

The Fitness Orientation is a short walk-through of our facilities providing you with some guidance on how things work, useful tips and the all-important health and safety.  You must watch this video, or go through the orientation with a member of the team, as the minimum requirement for gym entry.

Of course, if you’re ever unsure about anything, or would like a personalised exercise programme, then please speak to a member of the fitness team who will gladly help.
