In order to receive our concessionary discounts we will need to see some proof of receipt of the following. Please make sure this is in date. We will need to see proof every 6 months in order for you to keep your discount.

Only valid for the individual receiving the benefit due to their own disability, not those receiving it on behalf of their dependents.
|Notification letter from Disability & Carers Service|
Only if you are claiming Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance or Employment Support Allowance (ESA) and not working or in receipt of working tax credits.
|Your latest Universal Credit award notice will be required|
|Council Tax Reduction (excludes Single Persons Discount) or Housing Benefit||Letter from your local council – they will supply a copy on request|
|Family Concessionary Families receiving Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support, Council Tax Reduction (excludes Single Persons Discount) or Housing Benefit where dependents are present||A copy of recent (last six months) correspondence with DWP|
|Pension Credit||A copy of recent (last six months) correspondence with DWP|
|Working Tax Credit including Health Charges Exemption Certificate||A copy of recent (last six months) correspondence with HM Revenue and Customs plus Exemption Card|
