Whether you want to improve your fitness level with an indoor cycling class (no helmet required), tone up with Les Mills Body Pump, go crazy with a Functional Fitness workout or slow it down and get involved in Yoga and Pilates… we have something for you!

Please Note:

If you miss the warm up you won’t be able to enter the class, this is for health and safety reasons. If you find an exercise too hard, just stop and take a quick breather before carrying on… we want you to push yourself however we want you to enjoy it also, remember – everyone starts somewhere! Please do not leave the class early, it can be disruptive to others and the cool down is equally important as the warm up. Above all, have fun!
